Mr. Wang Chunlin, aged 56, was appointed as an independent non-executive director, a member of the audit committee, remuneration committee and nomination committee of the Company on 12 June 2017. He graduated from the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing in 1986 and has since attained a master’s degree in business administration from Murdoch University in Australia and a master’s degree in International Shipping and Transport Logistics from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He was formerly an executive director of Pacific Basin Shipping Limited.
