Mr. Wu Hong, aged 60, was appointed as an independent non-executive director on 7 November 2011, a member of the audit committee of the Company on 7 November 2011, a member of the remuneration committee and nomination committee of the Company on 30 June 2017. He is currently a professor and dean of the College of Design at Shenzhen University in the PRC. He has many years of experience in the field of design and has worked in both the academic field and in commercial areas in the PRC. He graduated from Chinese National Academy of Arts with a doctoral degree in art and design.
